The effect of ExoBMSC and ExoPTH on OA chondrocyte apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry and Western blotting. A Cells were processed by flow cytometry using Annexin V-FITC/PI staining. The percentage of the Annexin V-positive population indicates apoptosis induction in each group. B Cell lysates were prepared and analyzed by Western blotting for Bax and Caspase-3. β-actin was used as a loading control. Band intensities were quantified by IPP and normalized to β-actin. Data are presented as the mean ± SD, *p < 0.05 versus the OA group.
