Impact of IL-22 on the expression of fibrosis-related genes. In the bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis model, lung tissues were collected at day 7 and day 21. A, B qPCR and western blotting were used to detect mRNA (n = 6) and protein (n = 3) levels of Collagen I, vimentin, and α-SMA. GAPDH was used as a normalization gene. Relative intensity of each band was normalized to GAPDH protein. The relevant gels and blots were cropped. C Immunofluorescence was performed on cryosection of lung tissues with indicated antibodies (n = 3). Scale bar: 50 μm. Relative fluorescence intensity was analyzed.
