Table 2 Effect of RT on biomarker levels from PRE-XT to POST-XT and FU. Serum samples were collected before RT start (T1), after 3-month supervised RT (T2), and after 6-month home training (T3). The biomarker data were log-transformed, and the difference in biomarker levels from PRE-XT to POST-XT and from PRE-XT to FU was calculated and used as an outcome as a model was fitted to the data using linear mixed models. The difference in biomarker levels was used to calculate p values using probability cumulative analysis on Student’s t-distribution
