ALLN suppresses EMT of human lung epithelial cells in vitro. Human lung carcinoma epithelial cell line A549 was pretreated with DMSO as control or various concentrations of ALLN diluted in DMSO for 1 h and then stimulated with 10 ng/mL recombinant human TGF-β1. A mRNA expression of mesenchymal markers was quantified using real-time RT-PCR at 24 or 48h.
